Volunteer
One person can make a difference! From one-time opportunities to volunteer with cats to an ongoing commitment, we’re flexible and welcome your help. Here are the volunteer positions we currently looking for, but we’re always open to people with special skills. Foster Homes
This is one of the biggest ways you can save lives and directly volunteer with cats. We have no facility so we’re always in need of foster homes. All it takes is a spare space: a bedroom or a bathroom. We’ll provide food and litter at your request and simply ask that you’re available to bring your new buddy to adoption events when we have them. Learn more about fostering a cat.
Transportation
Do you enjoy driving or have a flexible schedule? We always have a need for help transporting our foster cats to veterinary appointments, picking up supplies and donations, and rescuing more cats from shelters/animal control facilities in the Midwest.
Marketing / Promotions
Have a knack for getting the word out? Help us develop, promote and execute fundraisers, special events and maintain social and public relations channels.
Graphic Design
Help us strengthen the visual identity of the Community Cat brand. From logo design to promotional pamphlets we’ll put your skills to good use. College students and young professionals looking to build their portfolios are always welcome!
Website Design and Maintenance
Do you know CSS or HTML? Are you a WordPress wiz? Help us maintain and improve the Community Cat website.
